Maintains a working knowledge of company standards, tariffs and regulations, and creates and delivers preliminary estimates.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and 1 year of related work experience
- PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software
- Demonstrated knowledge of Electric and/or gas design, operating and construction practice
- All applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations governing electric/gas sub transmission and distribution construction
- Analytical, planning, time management, decision making, interpersonal, project management, and communication
