Role OverviewThe Associate Vice President for Quality & Operational Excellence is responsible for devising, planning, and leading the implementation of key comprehensive and integrated strategies in support of the Office of the CQO. Reporting directly to the CQO, the AVP will direct and integrate critical functions that are essential to the efficient and effective execution of the quality enterprise.
What You Will Do
The AVP will plan, direct, and coordinate activities and programs in the area of Quality & Operational Excellence, and provide leadership for the following functions: Analytics, Performance Improvement, Project Management, Systems Management, Financial Planning, Analysis and Management, Human Capital Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in building a team and service-oriented environment, strategic planning and management experience, formal training and experience in industrial engineering or performance improvement, experience working with relational databases and other critical tools and solutions used to support formal data-driven decision making
