Job Description
The Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations is a strategic partner and operational leader who supports the VP of HR in advancing the mission, vision, and values of LSS.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning
Demonstrated experience with HR systems, preferably UKG, and supervising system administrators
Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive process improvement, and build high-performing teams
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
