Job Description
We are looking for a Wire Investigations Associate to join our Foreign Exchange & Emerging Markets division. This role is based in New York, NY and involves researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries related to international wire transfers. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and partner with internal teams, correspondent banks, and external clients to ensure the safe and efficient movement of funds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services, payments, or operations
  • 2–4 years of experience in wire transfers, payments processing, investigations, or banking operations
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging (MT199/299, pacs.008, pacs.009) and international payment flows
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar case management platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
