Requirements

  • Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service and team building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of tax credit
  • HUD/Section 8 experience preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Tax Credit and Property Management experience
