Job Description
The Assistant Director will work closely with the Program Director to provide leadership to the staff of the 4 Children Community Residences and implement program goals in line with Agency expectations and practices.

Requirements

  • Oversee and facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure supervision is provided to Team Leaders.
  • Maintain the program to meet the needs of the residents, including physical environment, personal needs, food, healthcare, services, etc.
  • Oversee direct care staff training and orientation.
  • Have an active role with other community agencies, including emergency responders and community neighbors.
  • Network with other mental health and child welfare agencies and attend OMH meetings.
