Job Description
Under the direct supervision of a certified classroom teacher, assists students with basic academic skills, provides a safe and healthful environment, and performs tasks as identified by Kansas State Department of Education, Wichita Public Schools, and the curriculum established at the site.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 48 accredited college credits verifiable with a transcript or pass a state approved assessment (for Title Schools)
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written, perform as an effective team player, plan and organize work, and make decisions with good judgment
