Job Description
The CDL Program Director is responsible for providing leadership for the CDL Program, providing subject matter expertise, and actively participating in curriculum development and implementation. The position involves providing product knowledge training to Account management group, hiring and supervising Driver Trainers, monitoring student population, and analyzing student population data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Industry certification in the field of instruction if required by industry
  • 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment
  • 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction
  • 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
