Job Description
The At-Risk State Coordinator is a leader who performs highly advanced consultative services and technical assistance work for the Highly Mobile and At-Risk student groups. The role involves developing tools, resources, and professional development to address the needs of highly mobile and at-risk students. The Coordinator provides programmatic and technical support to agency staff, Education Service Centers (ESCs), Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), and stakeholders assisting students in foster care, pregnant and parenting students, and other identified at-risk groups.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in program development for HMAR student groups directly or with programs that support HMAR student groups
  • Substitutions: An advanced degree may substitute for two years of required experience
