Job Description
The Athletic Coordinator/Head Football Coach is responsible for supervising the athletic program at Dallas-North Dallas High School, overseeing coaches, and ensuring compliance with UIL and Dallas ISD policies. They will also provide instructional leadership, manage day-to-day activities, and maintain open communication with parents, students, and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field from an accredited university
  • Valid Texas Teacher Certification
  • Six years of directly related experience with athletic programs
  • Experience or desire to work in a major metropolitan school district
  • General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures
  • Knowledge of UIL rules
  • Demonstrated ability to instruct and supervise student athletes
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
