Job Description
The School Athletic Director plays a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive high school athletics program, overseeing the administration of extra-curricular athletic programs, and supervising staff and coaches.

Requirements

  • Administering the extra-curricular athletic programs
  • Supervising licensed and non-licensed staff in Athletics
  • Maintaining files and records required by policy, regulation, law and good practice
  • Implementing board policies and advising the administration on regulatory matters related to athletics
  • Evaluating the extra-curricular athletic programs and engaging in long-term planning
