Job Description
ATI is seeking a Crew Planning Manager to establish crew coverage for all scheduled flight assignments, optimize bid packages, and manage team members for growth and advancement.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent in training and experience
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Expert knowledge of applicable FARs and ability to apply collective bargaining agreements
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and ability to work independently or within a team
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and make decisions with multiple competing variables and priorities
  • Customer service driven, sound judgment, financial awareness, analytical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to gain Key User knowledge with aviation specific software
