Job Description

Forklift Operator contributes to the efficient operation of the warehouse by providing labor support to the Branch Office.

Requirements

Package finished product for shipping (Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
Check purchase orders/ work orders to ensure that products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery
Check items to ensure that the correct number of products are being assembled
Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts
Load the finished product onto the truck
Unload products from trucks, containers, and stock them in the designated area
Responsible for quality control
Operate within standard operating procedures
Operate with the forklift and/or palette jacks
Perform preventive maintenance on forklift and/or palette jacks
Handle inventory movement into and out of controlled locations
Securing loads to the machine before transportation
Prepare customers’ orders for delivery
Picking and wrapping orders for shipment
Provide fill-in support for other departments in the warehouse
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency
Adhering to safety management standards
Other duties as assigned
