Role OverviewCook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support operations in the San Francisco Bay area. The role involves second-line maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on ATM hardware and software systems. The technician will work 3 weekdays 12-9pm and weekends 10-7pm, with flexibility to choose days off during the week.
What You Will Do
As an ATM Service Technician, you'll perform tasks such as second-line maintenance, install and maintain ATM products, troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic components, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
- NCR Certification a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
