ATM Service Technician

Cook Solutions Group is looking for a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to provide second line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on Hardware and Software problem diagnosis. The role involves working in Medford, OR and surrounding areas.

What You Will Do

Perform basic installation on ATM products, perform minor maintenance on ATMs, prioritize and plan service calls, and interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-5 years related experience and/or training
• NCR Certification (plus)
• Customer service experience (plus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
