Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service
Respond to guest and member inquiries related to services, features, attractions, promotions, and other special events offered by the Company
Understand the essential functions of the slot machines and game themes
Process transactions related to slot operations
Maintain professional radio etiquette
Recognize and respond to minors in the casino
Recognize signs of problem gaming and alcohol intoxication and report any issues to management
Support the integrity of gaming on the floor
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Must be able to bend, twist, push, and pull
Able to wear earpieces and use a radio
