Job Description
Provides high level of guest service, completes minor slot machine malfunctions, processes and pays out jackpots, and assists in resolving customer complaints/disputes.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Attendance at all trainings and opportunities offered is mandatory.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to work in a secondhand smoke environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to be mobile throughout the casino for duration of shift.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
