Seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to support Family Court litigation matters with hands-on litigation experience, early client exposure, and mentorship to support long-term professional growth.

Requirements

  • Active membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar (or expected admission in Nov. 2025 with 403 requirements completed)
  • Strong interest in Family Court litigation
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
