Requirements
- 4+ years relevant experience with emphasis on structuring, drafting and negotiating documentation commercial credit facilities
- Relevant documentation and transactional experience
- One state bar admission (active/good standing)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience and confidence in risk identification and analysis, and risk management decision making
