Role OverviewExperienced healthcare attorney responsible for providing legal, contractual, and regulatory support and advice on various subjects including, but not limited to, healthcare compliance, privacy issues, pharmacy benefit management, network and payor contracting, professional services, fraud and abuse compliance, HIPAA, and Medicare, Medicaid, and pharmacy and clinical operations.
What You Will Do
Ensure that the Company complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations within the associate's areas of responsibility. Review, draft and negotiate legal agreements and other legal documents.
