What You Will Do
Draft, review, and analyze contracts, policies, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, counsel healthcare providers on federal and state regulatory compliance matters, and represent clients in audits, investigations, appeals, and administrative proceedings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership (or eligibility) in the Virginia Bar
- 1 year or more of experience in a regulatory, business, or transactional area of law preferred
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing practical, business-minded solutions to clients
