Job Description
The Labor & Employment Attorney provides strategic legal counsel to business leaders, HR, and operations across a large, multi-site U.S. and Canada workforce. The role delivers broader in-house litigation support involving general litigation, commercial, contract, and regulatory matters that intersect with workforce operations.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
Bachelors Degree.
7+ years of related employment law experience.
Experience supporting multi-state employers.
Demonstrated litigation and agency charge management experience.
Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
