A fully remote opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload focused on breach of warranty and mold-related matters, with flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.

Requirements

  • Licensed in Arizona or pending Arizona licensure
  • Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internships, clerkships, or entry-level litigation exposure
  • Litigation experience preferred, but level is flexible
  • Comfortable using legal tech and digital tools
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload
