Role OverviewExperienced attorneys with at least three years of relevant legal experience are preferred to join our Binghamton, NY office. We welcome candidates with a general practice background or experience in business and corporate law, real estate, trusts and estates, litigation, or labor and employment law.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will vary by practice area and may include advising and representing clients, drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting legal research, and collaborating with attorneys and professionals across the firm’s offices and practice groups.

Requirements
- Admission to practice law in New York State, or eligibility for admission on motion with the ability to obtain admission promptly
- At least three years of relevant legal experience preferred; other experience levels may be considered
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
- Sound professional judgment and careful attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and remain organized
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Strong client-service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard legal and business technology
Benefits
- Anticipated base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually
- Additional incentive-based compensation or other mutually agreeable compensation arrangements for candidates with an existing book of business
