The successful candidate will enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators. The firm represents a variety of clients from global corporations to small local businesses and individual clients in high-risk litigation and business disputes across the country and U.S. Territories.
What You Will Do
Defense litigation, trial preparation, research into complex litigation areas, take and defend depositions, prepare and argue motions.
