Job Description
The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill up to five (5) Attorney 3 positions between the Legal Division and the Division of Tax Equalization. The ideal candidate will conduct administrative hearings, write final determinations, and provide legal advice to The Ohio Department of Taxation teams.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 6 months of experience as a licensed attorney
