Job Description
The Ohio Board of Nursing is seeking a qualified candidate for our available Attorney 4 position to assist in the Compliance Unit. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, analyze settlement offers, and prepare reports for the Board of Nursing Compliance Teams.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 6 months experience as licensed attorney
  • Ability to conduct legal research and prepare reports
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
