Job Description
The Division of Securities is seeking an Attorney 4 to perform complex investigations of violations of the Ohio Securities Act and related white-collar crimes. The successful candidate will serve as a management-level attorney, conducting research and analysis of legal issues, preparing for hearings and trials, and collaborating with other law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 12 months of experience as a licensed attorney
  • 6 months of experience in employee training and development
