Job Description
The Division of Securities, Enforcement section is looking for candidates to fill an Attorney 4 role. The Attorney 4 will perform complex investigations of violations of the Ohio Securities Act & related white-collar crimes, serve in a fiduciary relationship as a management level attorney, and prepare for prosecution and litigation of administrative, civil and criminal matters.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney
  • 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
