Job Description
The Attorney 4 role in Compliance at the Division of Cannabis Control oversees the state of Ohio’s Medical Marijuana Control Program and the non-medical cannabis program, performing duties such as investigating and enforcing compliance, working with hearings and appeals, and providing in-house counsel to compliance inspectors and supervisors. The role also involves working with the Attorney General’s office to prosecute cases and assisting in the preparation of administrative charges and settlement agreements.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code;
  • 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney;
  • 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
