Job Description
The Ohio Department of Commerce is seeking an Attorney 4 to fill a Compliance role in the Division of Cannabis Control. The Attorney 4 will perform duties such as investigating and enforcing compliance, working with Cannabis Control Compliance staff, and acting as a liaison with the Attorney General’s office. The role requires admission to the Ohio Bar, 12 months of experience as a licensed attorney, and 6 months of experience in employee training & development.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney
  • 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
