Job Description
The Attorney 4 - Human Resources position at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce involves serving as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator and providing support on labor relations matters, including ensuring compliance with the OCSEA union contract and drafting agency work rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 12 months of experience as a licensed attorney
  • 6 months of experience in employee training & development
