Job Description
The Ohio Board of Nursing is seeking a qualified candidate for our available Attorney 4 position to assist in the Compliance Unit. The successful candidate will assist in administering and implementing the Board of Nursing Adjudication program and review completed investigation reports to determine if sufficient evidence exists to propose disciplinary action.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 12 mos. exp. as licensed attorney
  • 6 mos. exp. in employee training & development
