Job Description
Join the State Employment Relations Board (SERB) as an Attorney 5 and lead critical legal programs that shape labor practices across Ohio. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a dynamic environment for legal leadership and strategic impact.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 18 months of experience as licensed attorney
  • 6 months of experience in supervisory principles/techniques
