Job Description
A leading global professional services organization is seeking an Attorney Alumni Relations Coordinator to support and enhance its attorney alumni engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or coordination experience within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-service mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM, HRIS, alumni engagement, or email marketing systems is preferred.
  • Flexibility to support occasional events and additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
