Job Description
A leading global professional services organization is seeking an Attorney Alumni Relations Coordinator to support and enhance its attorney alumni engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or coordination experience within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-service mindset.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with CRM, HRIS, alumni engagement, or email marketing systems is preferred.
Flexibility to support occasional events and additional hours as needed.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
