Job Description
This corporate in-house attorney will report to the General Counsel and will be involved in a wide array of legal matters and will provide legal support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a breadth of business transaction documents and general commercial contract types
  • Provide advice and furnish legal support to business units
  • Support and advise real estate department on common property issues
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts on potential real estate transactions
  • Maintain corporate and transactional files and records
  • Research and review local and federal law as it pertains to business transaction matters
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
