Role OverviewThe Attorney II will function as Associate Counsel, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing legal assistance to the Arkansas Insurance Department. The role involves analyzing and interpreting state and federal laws, representing the agency in litigation, and providing legal services to management and divisions. Occasional in-state and out-of-state travel is required.

Requirements

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, plus two years of experience as an Attorney
