Job Description
The Department of Social Services is recruiting for Agency Attorney Internes to provide legal representation in Administrative Disqualification Hearings and other proceedings. The successful candidate will perform legal research, draft documents, and provide counsel to program areas.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited United States law school as defined in the Rules of the New York Court of Appeals (Sections 520.3 or 520.5)
