Job Description
The Family Court Division is seeking applications from admitted attorneys with a minimum of two years litigation experience for the position of Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Division's Interstate Child Support Unit. Attorneys will litigate child support cases in the New York State Family Court, prepare and present petitions, and appear before support magistrates and Family Court judges.
