Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to provide strategic legal guidance across a dynamic range of business, intellectual property, entertainment, operational, and compliance matters. The Attorney will serve as a key legal advisor to Paisley Park leadership, supporting day-to-day business operations while helping protect and advance the organization's interests.

What You Will Do

Provide legal counsel on contracts, business transactions, partnerships, sponsorships, licensing agreements, and vendor relationships. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing to practice law in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in entertainment, intellectual property, corporate, business, or commercial law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of intellectual property law and brand protection strategies
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a variety of legal areas
• Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment and discretion
• Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams
