The successful candidate will work closely with clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and stock transactions.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include supporting mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, conducting and managing legal due diligence, advising on corporate governance, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Virginia
- 7+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate transactions
- Experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactional matters
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service
