Requirements

  • ensuring all safety requirements are met
  • communicating with guests
  • answering questions and concerns
  • ensuring guests are properly fitted with Laser Tag vest
  • ensuring guests watch appropriate safety video
  • alerting proper personnel when attractions are in need of repair
  • keeping ride/attraction areas clean
  • following all safety standards
  • enforcing posted rules for each attraction
  • cash handling skills
  • interacting with guests and directing them to the correct attraction/arcade/amenity
  • ensuring the safety of staff and guests
