Audi Long Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, ensure compliance with factory and dealership requirements, and prepare and submit claims to the manufacturer. Requirements

  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
  • Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
  • Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
  • Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests.
