Role OverviewThe Audio Visual Supervisor will assist and direct assigned Hotel Audiovisual Technicians in day-to-day operations, ensuring that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.
What You Will Do
The Supervisor will verify AV equipment, set up and operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform daily floor management. They will also assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage/operation of AV equipment and upsell AV services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of audio-visual experience, 1-3 years of hospitality experience, and experience leading a team. They will possess advanced problem-solving skills, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage and work with different types of people and personalities.
