Job Description
Supports the technology needs of the Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa by setting up, executing, and breaking down high-quality audio-visual experiences for meetings, events, and group programs.

Requirements

  • Previous AV or technical experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction
  • Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on call may be required
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
