Job Description
The Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician will support the technology needs of the property by setting up, executing, and breaking down high-quality audio-visual experiences, providing reliable technical support and responsive service, and troubleshooting basic AV issues during live events.
Requirements
Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs
Provide on-site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems
Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience
Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements
Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas
Participate in site visits, event walk-throughs, and pre-event preparation as needed
