Job Description
The Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician will support the technology needs of the property by setting up, executing, and breaking down high-quality audio-visual experiences, providing reliable technical support and responsive service, and troubleshooting basic AV issues during live events.

Requirements

  • Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs
  • Provide on-site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems
  • Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements
  • Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas
  • Participate in site visits, event walk-throughs, and pre-event preparation as needed
