Job Description
Role Overview

Conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Yuma, AZ. Review medical history documentation and perform comprehensive audio exams to assess hearing loss or tinnitus.

What You Will Do

Capture responses during exams through a web-based examination form, complete documentation electronically, and send exams to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have an active and unrestricted Audiologist license, a master's or doctorate from an accredited program, and Basic Life Support certification. Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Audiologist license
  • Master's or doctorate from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE, or ASHA certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines
