Role OverviewWe are searching for a full-time Audit Lead to join our Audit department. This role will be based in Naperville. In addition to an energetic and supportive culture, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary day-to-day lead on assigned audit engagements, helping to manage planning, execution, and wrap-up. Perform and oversee risk assessments, including identification of key audit areas and tailoring audit procedures accordingly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
- 2-4 years of experience
- Pursuing CPA, a plus
- Government or Non-profit Audit experience preferred
