Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Japanese Services Practice in the Metro Detroit area. This role involves leading and executing audit engagements for U.S. subsidiaries of Japanese parent companies, working alongside local and international teams, and serving Japanese corporate clients in North America.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead, plan, and execute audit engagements, review financial statements and audit documentation, manage engagement economics and project timelines, and mentor and train senior accountants and audit staff.

Requirements
- Professional fluency in Japanese and English
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
