Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to lead audit and review engagements from initial planning through final issuance while maintaining compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies. The ideal candidate combines technical audit expertise with mature leadership skills and stable career progression.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • Active CPA license
  • Minimum of 3 years holding the Audit Manager title at their current firm
  • Proven experience managing audits and reviews for both for-profit and nonprofit clients
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple engagements
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Stable employment history with minimal job changes
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Lincolnshire, IL
